Offering advice about how to boost morale amongst the traders and other staff. Some of the advice is fairly general. Like eliminating or at least reducing non-productive behaviours. Applicable in any workplace. There is other feel good stuff scattered throughout the book. It seems like the financial workplace has a need (probably more so right now) for an antidote to heavy stress.
